This Tsuyu Kombu is similar to Tsuyu no moto (Seasoned Soy Sauce); except that this is more flavorful due to it having kelp in the mixture. This sauce includes soy sauce and well blended with bonito flavors and kelp, giving it an aromatic smell and taste!


-Kombu Tsuyu can also be used for most Japanese cooking including stews and stir-fries.
