GUNK HEAVY DUTY ENGINE BLOCK SEAL C 616 repairs cracked blocks, cylinder heads, valve ports.
It also repairs water jackets in cars, trucks, diesel, tractors, marine and stationary engines of cooling systems up to 6-gallon capacity.

** Important Note: Please be aware that this product is not recommended for use with radiators that are rusty or blocked.

APPLICATIONS:

DIRECTIONS: USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN REMOVING RADIATOR CAP TO
AVOID BURN INJURY CAUSED BY HIGH PRESSURE RELEASE OF HOT LIQUID
OR STEAM. SEE OWNER’S MANUAL FOR CAP REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS. Allow
engine and cooling system to cool. Do not add liquids to hot radiator. If system
contains anti-freeze, drain and save for re-use. If clean, flush system with clear
water before using BLOCK SEAL. SEE DISPOSAL STATEMENT BELOW. If presence
of rust, scale and sludge is evident, use MOTORMEDIC SUPER HEAVY DUTY
RADIATOR CLEANER, flushing per product instructions. With cooling system
clean, fill radiator with water, allowing room for expansion and addition of LIQUID
BLOCK SEAL. Radiator hoses and thermostats need not be removed. Clamp off
hoses to radiator heater core (heater). Shake package well before using. Pour
contents into radiator, replace radiator cap and run engine until temperature is
well above normal (180-200°F). Continue engine operation at high temperature
(do not boil) for 5 to 10 minutes, or until visible leak stops. Drain entire system. Let
repair set for 1/2 hour. Flush with clear water and then refill system. When used
in accordance with directions, LIQUID BLOCK SEAL cannot impair circulation. For
repairing combustion chamber cracks, remove spark plug from cracked section
before starting engine.
STORAGE, HANDLING & DISPOSAL: Dispose of product, container, residue and
used anti-freeze/coolant and radiator fluids in accordance with all local, state
and federal laws and regulations. Never pour onto ground or into storm or septic
systems

DANGER: Wear safety goggles,
protective gloves and avoid contamination of
clothing.
FIRST AID: EYES: Flush with water for 15 minutes while lifting eyelids, and get
prompt medical attention. SKIN: Wash with soap and water. If irritation persists,
get prompt medical attention.
INHALATION: Move to fresh air. If breathing
becomes diffi cult, get prompt medical attention. INGESTION: DO NOT INDUCE
VOMITING. Call Poison Control Center, Physician, or Hospital Emergency Room
immediately.
