2.  Chat with us to choose the right battery type/size for your car
State your car model & your location
Our professional personnel will give you advice accordingly

3. Place order and checkout on Shopee
For Free Delivery & Installation, choose "With Trade-In" old battery & select "Seller's Own Fleet (West Malaysia)" for shipping option at checkout
For postage, choose "Without Trade-In" old battery & select "Standard Delivery" for shipping option at checkout

4. Schedule Delivery time
Once the order is made, we will contact you to schedule the delivery
Our trained technician will be assigned to deliver & install the battery at the given address within the nearest scheduled time

CLAIM/REPLACEMENT
Customer may walk in to our workshop for battery check and claim for free. For door-to-door technical service, there are charges from RM20 to RM50, depending on your location.

A diagnostic check & evaluation of the battery will be conducted to determine the issue before proceeding with 
claim/replacement

Only applicable when the battery is deemed to be DEFECTIVE & not discharged due to external factors:
i) User error: leaving lights on or not driving the car for an extended period of time
ii) Internal car issues: current leak, weak alternator, etc.
