1. Walk-in Installation
- Walk-in installation service ONLY available at:
Carput HQ, 21, Jalan PJS 7/21, Bandar Sunway, 46150 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. (Waze: Carput HQ) Customer support & Installation service 9am - 7pm, daily.
- Select "Installation Services - Installation Service at Workshop" shipping option at checkout.
- After purchase, we will contact you for installation appointment at Carput HQ.

2. Delivery Installation
- Please check on our Service Coverage Location before making your order.
- Select "Others - Others (West Malaysia)" shipping option at checkout.
- Delivery fee is at a fixed rate of RM25.

Terms & Condition:
- We provide service and installation via our own trained technicians.
- Installation includes: (a) removal of the old car battery in the customer’s car. (b) the fitment of the new car battery into the customer’s car.
- Installation of the purchased car battery does not guarantee that the car will be able to start. In the event that the car does not start after the installation of a new car battery due to the customer’s self-negligence or malfunctions of other parts of the vehicle, no refund will be made.
- Warranty for Private use vehicles (18 Months / 30,000 KM Mileage), whichever comes first basis; Diesel/Commercial vehicles (6 Months / 20,000 KM Mileage), whichever comes first basis, offered starts at the date of first purchase, regardless of whether a warranty replacement occurs.
- Warranty is only offered when the battery is deemed defective. Warranty does not include human mistakes (forgot to switch off lights, the car is not driven for too long) and any other external factor that causes the battery to be discharged (current leak, weak alternator, etc).
- Warranty for the battery is only applicable to the first vehicle installed. Any unauthorized removal of the car battery will void the warranty. For customers who wish to transfer the car battery to another vehicle, they must first contact us. We will arrange a technician to perform the installation/swap.
- If unsure of the car battery size/model that is suitable for your car, or any other enquiries, please reach out to us via chat for clarification.
- We accept no responsibility for loss, theft or destruction of Shopee account containing order details.
- We reserve the right to reject any order if it is deemed forged, redeemed, or expired.
