How to Clean an Anti-Fatigue Kitchen Mat

To wash a floor mat, hang the mat on the pins of your mat transport and wash cart, make sure to avoid folding the mat, as folding can cause it to crack. Then, simply roll the cart to your designated washing area. Using a cart eliminates the need to carry heavy, unwieldy mats through your facility.
Next gather a deck brush, warm water, and mild dish washing detergent. Gently scrub the warm, soapy water onto the mat, covering each nook and cranny to remove any stubborn grease. After cleaning both sides of the mat, hang it back on the wash cart. Use a hose to rinse off the remaining soap residue, and then let it air dry. Before replacing the mat in the kitchen, you should thoroughly clean the floor and scrub away any grease or sticky residue.
