Description Oat King Sport
According to the past studies, people consuming 90 g of whole grains products per day able to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by 20-30% (heart disease or stroke), the risk of colorectal cancer by 10-20%, the risk of type 2 diabetes by 20-40%, lower body mass index (BMI) and the risk of being overweight. Past research also shown that regularly consuming whole grains product is able to reduce blood cholesterol level, improve gastrointestinal health, bowel function, increase satiety and boost immune system. Therefore, Oat King Sport is suitable for people of all ages especially those have high cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, high blood glucose, constipation, arthritis-related problems and sports enthusiast.

Different between Oat King and Oat King Sport
Both Oat King and Oat King Sport are suitable for people of all ages, the difference between them is the Oat King Sport contains higher amount of whole grains and the powder is coarser.

WHEN DO I CONSUME IT?
3 tablespoons (which is about 60 g) per day is recommended. Preferably 2 tablespoons (40 g) in the morning to provide adequate energy required for daily activities, 1 tablespoon (20 g) at night to promote bowel movement.

HOW DO I CONSUME IT?
Add 2 tablespoons (40 g) into 1/3 of lukewarm water (50 mL) and stir evenly, continue adding another 2/3 of hot water (100-150 mL) and mix well. If you prefer an enhanced flavor serving, Oat King Sport can be mixed with milk, soymilk, fruit juices, honey or sprinkled on cereal cottage cheese or yogurt. For those who have diabetes, adding honey into the product is not recommended

How to consume Oat King?
Oat King can be consumed by scooping one (1) tablespoon (20g) into a glass of warm water. If you would like to have an enhanced flavour to the serving, (1) tablespoon (20g) of Oat King can be mixed with fruit juices, milk, honey, sauces, gravies, soups or salad dressings; sprinkled on cereal, cottage cheese or yogurt. For those who are having Diabetes, you are advised to abstain from adding honey.
