公仔麵是香港著名的即食麵品牌，1960年代末公仔麵面市時，以三分鐘可以煮熟為綽頭，迅速為香港人受落，公仔麵亦成了香港人稱呼速食麵的代名詞。
公仔面维持地道港味是「公仔」多年来信守的制造原则，除了永南公司所聘用的员工大部份为土生土长的港人，产品研发部门更以设计出迎合港粤口味的产品为第一要务。根据该公司所做的市调，每五人当中就有一个人吃「公仔面」、每三人当中有一人吃「公仔点心」，在香港市场「公仔面」长久以来居即食面销售冠军。

成分

麵
小麥粉、棕櫚油、食鹽、酸度調節劑(451、501、500、452、339、450)、增稠劑(1400、412、401)、乳化劑(322)、抗氧化劑(307b、304)、色素(101、100)。
湯粉
食鹽、白砂糖、增味劑(621、627、631)、調味料及調味劑、酵母精、脫水青葱、香料、色素(150a)。

過敏成分
本產品含有大豆、魚類、甲殼類動物、含有麩質的穀類及其製品。生產此食品的廠房亦處理蛋類、奶類、花生、木本堅果及其製品。

食用方法
將麵放入500毫升的沸水中，煮3分鐘。
熄火後，加入湯粉及醬料並攪勻，便可食用。

Wheat Flour, Palm Oil, Salt, Acidity Regulator (451, 501, 500, 452, 339, 450), Thickener (1400, 412, 401), Emulsifier (322), Antioxidant (307b, 304), Colour (101, 100).
Soup base
Salt, White Sugar, Flavour Enhancer (621, 627, 631), Flavour and Flavouring, Yeast Extracts, Dehydrated Green Onion, Spices, Colour (150a).

ALLERGENS
This product contains soya beans, fish, crustacean, cereals containing gluten and their products. Produced in a factory where eggs, milk, peanuts, tree nuts and their products are also handled.

COOKING DIRECTION
Add noodles into 500ml of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add soup base and sauce. Stir well and serve.
