Features:
* Primarily used in the removal of rust and heat scales from ferrous metals
* Rust Remover is a concentrated mixture of surfactants, mineral acids, and additives inaqueous
solution.
* Easy To Use.


Description:
* Colour : Light Yellow

* Strong Acid

Direction For Use
1) Two factors are to be considered that a degree of corrosion products and the speed of removal required.

2) Option 1 :The higher dilution is satisfactory for light rust ad scale removal

Option 2 :Lower dilution used for heavy rust and scale deposits.

3) Recommended that a 20% and 30% v/v in water of P-540 is used for light and heavy deposits. The speed of removal increases rapidly with temperature which can be range from ambient to 80 deg C.

4)The immersed components are then treated with repeated water
rinsing to remove the excess acid and to provide a clean surface before subsequent processing

Rematk: Immeise Rusty part into diluted solution. Untill rust colour change.

Tip to use :
** After treatment, metal surfaces are left in a slightly passivity condition which delays rusting.
** 20% In Water for light deposits.
** 30% in water for Heavy deposits.
