芋头扣肉 Stewed Vegetarian Pork with Yam


成分： 芋头，素肉，素耗油，南乳，五香粉，豉油，调味料


Ingredients: Yam, vegetarian meat, vegetarian oyster sauce, fermented bean curd, five spice powder, soy sauce, seasoning




保存方法：冷冻保藏

保存期：6个月

使用方法：将冷冻包装放在冰箱解冻隔离。将完整包装浸泡于沸腾开水7分钟，或蒸15分钟后即可撕开盛盘食用。


Storage: keep in freezer

Shelf life: 6 months

Cooking Instructions:


1. Remove product from freezer and let it thaw overnight in chiller before cooking/reheating


2. Put whole pack of product (remain unsealed) into a pot of boiling water for 8 minutes or steam the product for 15 minutes.


3. After the food is cooked, unseal and pour onto a plate.


4. Dish is ready to be served.
