Preparation and Usage

How to prepare Anlene
2 glasses per day - Provide 100% of your daily calcium needs 2
2USDRI, 2011

To Prepare:
Add 4 tablespoons of milk powder (approx. 35g) to 200ml of cold or warm water and stir.
Recommended Servings:
2 glasses a day for adults aged 19 - 50 years.
