本店的酸辣粉口感劲道爽滑，粉条是全干的，不含水粉，所以泡了涨分很好！一斤干粉条可以做6-10碗
因为粉条口感比较劲道，所以需要提前泡，

Instruction 說明:
粉收到后，请把包装打开储存。存放阴凉处。火锅粉使用前，请用60度左右的热水，泡2-3小时，泡的时候用筷子、勺子等工具偶尔搅拌下，不要让火锅粉粘在一起，火锅粉泡得差不多的时候有两个特征：一是粉比较涨，二是用手掐一下粉比较容易掐断。如果泡好了不是立即使用，一定要用冷水泡着。如果吃不完, 可以放入冰箱第2天继续吃。
Please store in a cool place. Please soak the noodle in water for 3-4 hours before you cook. When soaking, use chopsticks, spoons and other tools to stir occasionally. Do not let the hot pot noodle stick together. If it is not used immediately after soaking, be sure to soak in cold water. If you can't finish it, you can put it in the refrigerator and continue eating the next day.
