俗话说“民以食为天”，砂劳越几乎每个地方都有自己的美味佳肴，您看：砂劳越叻沙，哥罗面，炒煮面，光饼，鼎边糊，鱼生等等着名的风味小吃。下面我给大家介绍诗巫的特色美食之——干盘面。

干盘面的煮法：先将水烧开，加入面，用筷子轻轻搅拌煮至面熟，起锅把水滤干，浇上特制的油、炸葱、喜欢吃辣的朋友们还可以放点辣酱，最后，搅拌均匀后即可享用。一碗色香味俱全而简单的美食就做成了。

吃干盘面也挺有意思。吃面时，我喜欢先把配料捞一捞，把配料捞均匀以后，一大夹一大夹的，张开嘴巴，“嘘”地一下吸进嘴里，真是顺滑爽口呀！，用舌头舔一舔它的“粗”味道，再细细地咀嚼，品尝它的“细”味道。

诗巫的小吃——干盘面有悠久的历史了，乃是源于福州社群的小吃，随着大批移民来到砂拉越落地生根已经超过一个世纪。因为那个时代生活较为贫困，这种只要面条，味精，油和葱搅拌而成的食物，既简单，又成本便宜，很快就成为百姓眼中的“网红美食”。虽然现在生活条件富裕了起来。什么东西都有能力去享用，可是还是忘不了老祖宗的好味道。

　　为了让世界更多人品尝到这股从小烙印在我们味蕾里的家乡味，我们现在正致力将这个传统的古早味做成更方便的包装以便让更多人分享或者重温这份味道。这就是我们诗巫老家的风味小吃 ——古早味干盘面。

Premium packing Instant Vegetarian Kampua / Mee Pok (5 packs) 5 x 120g

Ingredients:
1. Noodles
Wheat Flour, Salt, Sodium Carbonate

2. Soy / Dark Soy Sauce
Soybean, Brown Sugar, Salt, Mono sodium Glutamate

3. Seasoning Oil
Refined Palm Olein, Peanut, Sesame, Cabbage

This Product Contains wheat and soybean

Shell Of Life : 10 Months From Manufacturing Date
Store in Room Temperature / Dry Place

Cooking Instructions：
1. Boil 500ml of water until it boils. Add the Noodle and gently stir with chopsticks. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
2. Pour soy sauce pack and oil pack onto the plate
3. Drain the water from pot.
4. Stir well and Enjoy.
