我最喜欢的是汤头含有Mackerel
鱼肉片加上belachan还有Heiko熬煮的，配上肥美的米粉条，简直是绝配。
煮面简单撇步3招，只需要3分钟，就能简单吃到一碗有鱼肉有米粉的汤头即时asam laksa

1️⃣ 准备一个锅倒入我们的鱼肉汤汁
2️⃣ 撕开我们的大份量的米粉包 倒入鱼肉汤汁锅内
3️⃣打开火炉中火，中火煮3分钟，过程轻轻搅拌。
4️⃣ 3分钟后，完成了
* 🆗记得，不要煮汤汁滚了很久才开始放米粉，因为汤会很快干掉，而且我们米粉很容易熟/不需要好像其他干米粉煮25粉状那么久。*
