跟住步骤炒，就可以炒出QQ 、根根分明、干爽的米粉

‼Ingredients: Rice vermicelli, peanut oil, garlic, onion, chilli, sugar, salt, lemongrass, galangal, acid citric, monosodium glutamate

Cooking steps :
1.      Take the mihun and soak it in water for 30 minutes before using it.
2.      Drain and set aside the mihun for 10 minutes.
3.      Put some oil in the pan after it's heated.
4.      Then, add the seasoning packet and stir several times.
5.      Pour 350 ml of water, mix with the sauce, and fry.
6. If you like, add some cabbage (depending on your preferences) to the sauce once it has been heated.
7.      Put all the drained mihun into the pan and fry until the sauce is dry.
8. It's time to serve! I hope you enjoy it!
