Red scallions produced in Yunlin County, Taiwan, are used to make crispy scallions by hand, while goose oil is made from Taiwan's local Jiawen goose products, and goose oil is refined by French methods.



In addition, the soy sauce package part uses the bottom oil of the pot after more than one year of fermentation, which has a significant sweetness, sweetness and smooth taste. The noodles use the original V-shaped noodles created by Xiao Du Liangpin. After repeated improvements by Mr. Du Wenze and the workshop, it took nearly half a year to develop the V-shaped noodles. In addition, each noodle is easier to dip in sauce and increase flavor.



How to eat: Take out the noodles, cook them in boiling water, drain the water, stir in soy sauce, goose oil and scallion crisp, and serve.



使用台灣雲林縣出產紅蔥頭, 以手工方式製作香脆蔥酥, 而鵝油則使用台灣在地嘉文鵝品, 採用法式工法提煉鵝油。 另外醬油包部分更採用經過一年以上發酵後壺底油, 帶有明顯甜味, 甘純, 順口。



麵條使用由小杜良品獨創V型麵, 經過杜汶澤先生不停跟工場反覆改進, 用上接近半年時間研發出來的V型麵, 另每一條麵條更容易沾上醬汁, 増加風味。



食用方法: 取出麵條, 以沸水煮熟, 瀝乾水份, 拌入醬油包, 鵝油 及蔥酥, 即可食用。
