正宗福建兴化手工寿面 (莆田面) 纯手工制作，自然日晒，风味独特，色泽洁白，自带咸味，线条细匀，柔润可口，落汤不糊，嚼不粘牙。
兴化面线，送礼诚意十足。

对兴化人来说，在大年初一，阖家吃一碗象征 *长寿* 的兴化寿面，才算过年。
Handmade Heng Hwa Mee Sua. Mee sua is made by rubbing, stretching and pulling a lightly-salted wheat flour dough to impressive lengths. The long and thread-thin noodles symbolise longevity and is traditionally eaten during important festivities like birthdays and on the first day of the Lunar New Year..
