Cocoa butter is extracted from cocoa bean. Crude cocoa butter is unrefined and unprocessed therefore there may be bits of impurities and some sediments present (tiny bits of the shell, plant fibres etc) in the butter. Unrefined and pure means you get 100% of its renowned moisturising and skin nourishing benefits, FREE of chemicals from the refinement process! It has a strong chocolaty aroma which is a characteristic of crude cocoa butter. Cocoa butter aids with re-hydration of dry, chapped skin. Cocoa butter contains natural antioxidants beneficial to the skin and helps prevent rancidity of its own.

== Uses of Cocoa Butter ==
Being rich in Vitamin E, cocoa butter is often used to rehydrate dry and chapped skin, reduce stretch marks, cellulite and scars. Some common ways to use cocoa butter:-
Warm the cocoa butter to soften it, add coconut oil/ olive oil, whipped it up with a hand mixer. Add few drops of peppermint essential oil if desired and apply on the skin as body butter.
Use in formulations for lotions, creams, skin conditioners, soaps, baby-care products, lip balms etc.

== Storage:
Store in air-tight container in a cool dry place away from light. Standard expiry is 1-year from repacked date.
Store the product properly to prolong shelf-life.
