龙眼干的营养价值：
1、老幼皆宜。其营养丰富，味美汁甘，含有多种维生素、矿物质和果糖等对人体有益的营养成份。此外，龙眼果肉中还含有26维生素B1、B2、K、P、.91%葡萄糖、多种氨基酸、皂素、X-甘氨酸、鞣质、腺嘌呤、胆碱等，这是构成滋补强壮剂的资质来源。特别是富含维生素K 196.5毫克/百克，维维生素B1、B2、K、P、生素K具有强化神经末梢，可使微血管再生，调节血压等功效，有助于微循环自律运动，增强微循环活力。
2、龙眼有壮阳益气、补益心脾、养血安神、润肤美容等多种功效，可治疗贫血、心悸、失眠、健忘、神经衰弱及病后、产后身体虚弱等症。现代医学实践证明：它还有美容、延年益寿之功效。

3.久弱消瘦：龙眼干 婉鸡肉当汤喝

6.龙眼肉加莲子和糙米煮成龙眼莲子粥

Benefit of eating dried Longan：

5. Its water extract (1:2) in vitro has inhibition on trichophyton microsporon and its decoction has inhibition on Shigella;
