(2-3人份)

水煮鸡蛋放凉后剥壳，当归清水浸泡5分钟。
锅中倒800ml纯净水，先放当归煮15分钟煮出药效。
接着加红枣、桂圆、鸡蛋和红糖，沸腾后转小火煮10分钟，撒入枸杞拌匀即可。

Step:

1. Removed the boiled egg shell.
2. Dang Gui soak in water for 5 minutes.
3. Pour in water 800ml and cook the Dang Gui for 15 minutes first.
4. After that add red dates, longan meat, egg and brown sugar into the pot.
5. After Boiled turn into small fire and cook for 10 minutes.
6. Last, add the goji berry inside.
