Name of Product: Mung Beans Lotus Soup Ingredients

适合人群：食欲不振者，容易上火者
功效作用：解暑除湿、行气活血、润泽肌肤、美白祛斑

材料包括：绿豆、冰糖、莲子、红枣、薏米

1. 绿豆和薏米洗净，用清水浸泡。莲子洗净，红枣洗净去核。

2. 泡到绿豆颗粒饱满即可。

3. 把绿豆、薏米、莲子、红枣放进锅内，注入1L-1.5L适量水。

4. 选择煮粥模式。

5. 水煮后加入适量冰糖。

6. 压上盖子继续煮，直到豆子煮烂，关火

Step:

1. Kindly wash the green beans, barleys, and soak in water.

6. Cook until the beans soft enough to eat.
