🍳烹饪方法HOW TO PREPARE :
步骤1 Step 1 : 略煮 - 将肉用开水焯一下 Blanch chicken meat in boiled water (optional)
步骤2 Step 2 : : 清洗 - 把药材清洗干净 Rinse - Rinse all the herbs
步骤3 Step 3 : 混合 - 将汤料和肉倒入锅中 Mix - Add soup ingredients and meat into the pot
步骤4 Step 4: 煮沸 - 倒入一锅水（2升），用大火煮沸 Boil - Boil 2 Litres of water
步骤5 Step 5 : 熬煮 - 汤煮开后转小火煮1.5小时Simmer - Lower the heat & allow it to simmer for 1.5hours
