Cooking Instruction煮法

1. Rinse the herbs 将所有材料用水冲洗，



2. Add in 3 liters water 加入3公升水，（Slow Cooker 1.5Liter,慢炖锅1.5公升水）



3. Wait till boil then simmer for about 1.5hours, 水滚后转小火煮约1.5小时,（Slow cooker 3 hours 慢炖锅 3小时）



4. May add in salt according to own preference and serve. 可依据个人喜好加入盐，一碗靓汤就准备好了。



Tips: Rinse the meat with hot water will reduce the meat oil. 小贴士：加入肉前用热水烫过可减少油脂。
