This herbal soup is good for blood circulation,

pale face, dizziness, weak limbs, heart palpitations, no appetite.

To regenerate health, chronic, and irregular menstruation and so on.

Preparation:

For Soup: Pork Ribs, add 3 Liters water, cook for 1.5 hours/ Stew for 3 hours.

For Tonic: For 1 person, add 1 Liter Water, cook for 1 hours.



人数：每包适合1-2人食用



功效：益气补血，调整经期，经期后虚弱



适合的人：气血，面色苍白或萎黄，头晕耳眩，四肢倦怠，气短懒言，心悸怔忡，饮食减少，舌淡苔薄白，脉细弱或虚大无力。



材料：当归，白芍，白术，党参，灸甘草，川芎，黑枣，熟地片，茯苓，杜仲



煮法：

煮汤：排骨，加入3公升水，煮1.5小时/炖3小时

当补品：一人份，加入1公升水，煮1小时，煮成约1到2 碗水。



备注：经期结束后的第3天，才可喝，每月喝1到2次即可
