This is packaging of 2 pcs M size, already cleaned and less salt.
Size depends on every individual batch, around 200gm.

ORIGINAL LOCAL Ikan Terubuk, NOT import Bangladesh!

Please note this is traditional Ikan Terubuk Masin Sarawak ORI, which is a wet type, not dry salted fish, natural salted used only, no toxic preservatives!

Vacuum packet and carefully packed with heat protection, so you will receive as fresh fish as possible! However delays by Express sometimes happen and please understand it is out of my control, but usually the fish arrives just fine even after a 1 week delay shipment.

Store the fish in a fridge where it will last 2-3 weeks, for longer storage please use freezer, but because it is a salted fish it can not really get "spoil", the fish just turn more yellow and starts releasing natural fish sauce - still fine to eat after deep fry properly!

This is the river species found only in a few locations in Sarawak, little bit different, more tasty variant compared to the sea species.
