功效：清热润肺，益气健脾，美肤养颜

材料：响螺片，红枣，枸杞，淮山，川芎，龙眼肉，玉竹，党参

Benefit: Nourishing Skin, Nourishes Qi and invigorates the Spleen，Clear heat and good to the lungs

煮法：

1. 汤料用水冲洗干净后，加入适量的清水 (1L-1.5L)放入锅内。

2. 放入清洗干净的肉后，大火煮开及撇去上面的浮沫。

3. 然后加上盖子，关小火慢煲1-2个小时。

4. 煮好后加盐调味，煮滚后即可食用。



HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Rinse all herbs. Pour all the soup ingredients into pot.

2. Add 1L-1.5L water, bring to boil and then simmer for 1 hour.

3. Add salt or soya sauce as desired.
