雪燕煮的时间不要太长 容易化水 关火前最后3-5分钟加
Snow bird jelly are easy to melt. bowling for 3-5min enough. Remember turn to low temperatures or turn off the gas/ election before adding snow bird nest

☝这里建议不急有点耐心；大雪燕泡发时间久20小时不等 超过24小时也不要紧 时间根据大小颗粒 每一颗的大小形状都不一样

☝雪燕泡发的会散开 但还是有点像果冻丝 跟燕窝是完全不一样的东西。 团状的一般是浸泡时间太短 特别是泡到中间会比较慢

雪燕实为植物木髓分泌物，来自植物Gum Tragacanth，有植物燕窝之称。是一种新型滋补养品。因泡发后晶莹剔透与燕窝较像，故取名雪燕。虽似燕窝，更胜燕窝；经研究含有多种珍贵营养。
雪燕营养成份能帮助抗糖化 (抗老化) 除了润肺还可以滋润皮肤。长期食用能让皮肤补充弹性还能延缓衰老的作用。

雪燕是雪燕树的木髓分泌物,在经历 7—15 天的自然风干凝结后, 形成的颜色清透的结晶,因泡发后晶莹剔透与燕窝较像,故取名雪燕，俗称“植物燕窝”。其中缅甸的花斑苹婆（Sterculiaversicolor）树脂可以拉丝，叫“拉丝雪燕”；印度的胶苹婆（Sterculia urens）树脂不能拉丝，叫“啫喱雪燕”；越南和印尼的雪燕则是来自中国也有分布的绒毛苹婆（Sterculia villosa）

雪燕具有 
1. 滋阴润肺
2. 养颜：延缓细纹的生长速度（抗糖化）
3. 滋润皮肤，對皮肤干燥（空调，过敏干燥）都有幫助 
4. 润肺生津，有助舒缓口干，咽干，干咳 
5. 可以润肠通便，促进排毒，令皮肤白滑减少痘痘 （抗糖作用）

•雪燕适合肺燥、皮肤干燥无光泽或容易乾咳、气管敏感，容易感冒的人进食。另外经常熬夜，烟酒過多的人群也非常适合

Gum Tragacanth or called as Snow Bird Nest has higher nutrition than other ordinary bird nest. Gum Tragacanth is a substance which derives from the sap of a plant in Middle East. The sap is drained from the root of a plant and dried. Study shows that it contains variety of valuable nutrition. 

It's good for weight loss and reduce body fat, improve excretion and immune system, moisturizing and tightening skin, inhibit growth of cancer cell, regulating collagen growth, and also helps children's brain development. 

Gum Tragacanth is suitable for people with dry lungs, dry skin or easy dry cough, sensitive trachea, and easy to catch cold. In addition, often staying up late, people with too much alcohol and tobacco are also very suitable.
