烹调方法



煤气炉 / 电磁炉：

将约2.5公升的水加入锅中待水温沸腾。

加入洗净后的药材汤料或肉类。

以中小火方式煮约1小时30分钟后加入适量盐调味即可。



慢炖锅：

将约1.5公升的水加入锅中。

以小火方式慢煮约3小时。

待最后10分钟后加入适量盐调味即可。

儿童，青少年，成年，老年人。

Direction to use

Gas Cooker/Induction Cooker:

1. Pour in 2.5 litres of water and wait for boiling.

2. Add washed herbs or meat into pot.

3. Set at low mode to cook for 1 hour 30 minutes later and add suitable amount of salt.



Slow Cooer:

1. Pour in 2 litres of water and wait for boiling.

2. Set at low mode to cook for 3 hours.

3. Add suitable amount of salt at last 10 minutes.

Elderly, Adults, Teenagers, Children.

* Pregnant women cannot consume.



Tips

Recommended that eat Chinese Yam, Red Date, , Longan together to achieve diet therapeutic effects.
