煮法 :

1-把所有材料先清洗干净后，水量2000ML-2500ML
2-根据个人口味（可以加入鸡肉/排骨/）大火煮开后撇去上面的浮沫
3-盖上盖子，关小火煮两至三个小时
4-最后才加入盐调味即可以食用

cooking method ：

1- After cleaning all the herbs, add in 2000ML-2500ML of water
2-According to own favourite (you can add chicken/ribs)to stew/cook, turn on the fire to maximum(big) then after the soup boiled take off the foam soup on top
3- Cover the pot lid, then change the fire to minimum(small), and cook/stew for two to three hours
4- Finally, add salt ,sesoning and taste it than can serve
