Ingredients: Chinese Yam, Sea Conch, Polyganutum, Red Date, Goji Berry, Honey Dates, Dried Longan

煮法：


1. 除枸杞和蜜枣外，其余食材浸泡半小时，可以准备肉类一起烹煮。

2. 食材放入锅内除枸杞，加入 1.5L-2L的水，选择煲汤模式。

3. 出锅前加入枸杞，盖上锅盖焖5分钟即可。

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. All ingredients soak for 30 minutes except goji berry.

2. Add 1.5L-2L water.

3. Add all ingredients except goji berry.

4. Cook for 1-2 hours.

5. Add goji berry before serving and cook another 5 minutes.
