🙋无硫雪燕在没泡发的时候可能看到少许褐色点点 在泡发后冲洗一下就好咯 因为泡发大 膨胀起来是非常少的哟 不用担心很多杂质 low clean efforts

60倍的意思为最大泡发率 不会再大了 全泡发的雪燕是散开的 还没散开（一团透明）的建议大的碗和多一些水 *可参考泡发视频

雪燕煮的时间不要太长 容易化水 关火前最后5分钟加 锅的聚热高建议关电／关火才加。

Snow bird jelly are easy to melt. bowling 5 min enough. turn to low temperatures or turn off the gas / turn off elections are more safe to the newbie

☝这里建议新手不要太急有点耐心；大雪燕泡发时间久最少18-24小时不等 超过24小时也不要紧 时间根据大小颗粒 每一颗的大小形状都不一样

☝雪燕泡发的会散开 但还是有点像果冻丝 类似燕窝但跟燕窝是属于不一样的东西

🌈无硫特级拉丝雪燕的特色是90%-100%都会拉丝 ；40-60倍的泡发率 人工挑选 口感最为接近燕窝

*不一样的是普通雪燕或等级的拉丝状态在20%-60%不等

☝若有果冻状 不拉丝状况 根据季节、雨季收成或有影响 果冻状属于很少许的自然状况 依然可煮 气候采收或许影响 采后不加工不能控制颗颗完美

雪燕实为植物木髓分泌物，来自植物Gum Tragacanth，有植物燕窝之称。是一种新型滋补养品。因泡发后晶莹剔透与燕窝较像，故取名雪燕。虽似燕窝，更胜燕窝；经研究含有多种珍贵营养。
雪燕营养成份能帮助抗糖化 (抗老化) 除了润肺还可以滋润皮肤。长期食用能让皮肤补充弹性还能延缓衰老的作用。

雪燕是雪燕树的木髓分泌物,在经历 7—15 天的自然
风干凝结后, 形成的颜色清透的结晶,因泡发后晶莹剔透与燕窝较像,故取名雪燕，俗称“植物燕窝”。其中缅甸的花斑苹婆（Sterculiaversicolor）树脂可以拉丝，叫“拉丝雪燕”；印度的胶苹婆（Sterculia urens）树脂不能拉丝，叫“啫喱雪燕”

雪燕具有：

1. 滋阴润肺

2. 养颜：延缓细纹的生长速度（抗糖化）

3. 滋润皮肤，對皮肤干燥（冷气，过敏干燥）都有帮助

4. 润肺生津，有助舒缓口干，咽干，干咳

5. 可以润肠通便，促进排毒，令皮肤白滑减少痘痘 （抗糖作用）

雪燕适合肺燥、皮肤干燥无光泽或容易干咳、气管敏感，容易感冒的进食。另外经常熬夜，烟酒過多的人群也非常适合

Gum Tragacanth is a substance which derives from the sap of a plant in Middle East.
The sap is drained from the root of a plant and dried. Study shows that it contains variety of valuable nutrition.
