功效：缓解疲劳，延缓衰老，提高肠胃功能。

煮法：

1. 除枸杞外，所有食材浸泡30分钟。

2. 汤料用水冲洗干净后，加入适量的清水放入锅内。

3. 放入清洗干净的肉后，大火煮开及撇去上面的浮沫。

4. 然后加上盖子，关小火慢煲1-2个小时。

5. 煮好后加盐调味，煮滚后即可食用。

3. Add water, bring to boil and then simmer for 1 hour.

4. Add salt or soya sauce as desired.

4. Cook for 1-2 hours.
