材料包括：

姬松茸、猴头菇、花菇、红枣、枸杞、龙眼肉 (3-4人份)

功效：养胃，降胆固醇，预防癌症

煮法：

1. 猴头菇反覆浸发，手掌挤出水，直到水变清，这样做猴头菇才不会有苦味。

2. 除枸杞，其他食材清水浸泡半小时。

3. 所有食材放入，除枸杞，加入1.5L水，选择煲汤模式。

4. 出锅前加入枸杞，焖五分钟。

5. 加盐调味

可以添加鸡肉更美味～

Ingredients Include: 

Blazei Mushroom, Lion's Mane Mushroom, Tea Flower Mushroom, Goji Berry, Red Dates, Longan Meat

Prevents cancer

Step:

1. Soak lion's mane mushroom several time and squeeze it until the water is clear.

2. Rince all the ingredients about 30 minutes except goji berry.

3. Add 1.5L water and cook for 1-2 hours.

4. Before serving add goji berry and cook another 5 minutes

5. Add salt / soy sauce as desired
