What is Activity in Honey?
Total Activity (TA) is like a bacterial and fungal killing scale, the bigger the value, the more bacteria (and fungus) the honey can potentially kill. Values above TA10 deliver beneficial properties, while values of, or above TA30+ are exceptional and have great health benefits.

Premium Marri Honey
Marri Honey is a warm and robust flavoured high Activity honey that is also high in antioxidants. It is a great everyday table honey. Marri tree honey (also called red gum in WA) is sourced from the large Eucalypt Corymbia calophylla, which grows together with Jarrah in the large State Forest in the southwest of Western Australia.

A pleasant mild, sweet flavour that starts with a burst, but tapers off with a smooth finish

Karri Honey is from the giant Eucalyptus Diversicolor, which grows in a small area of the far southwest of Western Australia. The giant Karri tree has a life span of up to 350 years. The trees have a complex five to seven-year flowering cycle, but will only mass bloom under very specific climatic conditions and other unknown factors. Mass blooms are very rare, causing the paucity of Karri honey production.
