Why is my honey crystalized to become sugar like form? Is it safe to consume crystalized honey?为什么我的蜂蜜结晶了？结晶的蜂蜜还可以食用吗?
Crystallization is caused by the natural occurring fructose and glucose in honey. The process mainly depends on the ratio between fructose and glucose. Crystallization will not affect the quality of honey.蜂蜜结晶其实是一种自然现象，是因为蜂蜜里的果糖和葡萄糖造成的，结晶速度的快慢取决于果糖和葡萄糖的比例。结晶并不会影响蜂蜜的品质，结晶的蜂蜜还是可以安全食用。

Crystalized honey can be returned into its original state by utting it under low heat, for example, soak the honey in warm water and stir until dissolve.结晶的蜂蜜可以用低温加热来还原，把蜂蜜连同容器浸泡在 温水里，搅拌至结晶块状溶解即可 。

Why is the texture, colour and taste sometime different from batch to batch although it is the exact same type of honey?为什么同种类但是不同批号的蜂蜜，颜色、味道和口感也不同？
Mainly because honey is natural and no coloring and flavoring added. The texture, color and taste will be affected by the honey harvesting area, harvesting season, temperature and duration of storage.纯正的蜂蜜是完全天然，没有添加色素及调味剂的，所以无法去控制它的颜色、味道和口感。这些特徵会 因为蜂蜜的采收区域、季节、温度及保存时间而有所变。

Storage储存方法：
stored at a cool and dry place. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.收藏在阴凉干燥的地方即可，避免阳光直接照晒 。
