人参蜜是混合人参和蜂蜜的天然产品。《神农本草经》中记载，人参有“补五脏、安精神、定魂魄、止惊悸、除邪气、明日开心益智”的功效，“久服轻身延年”。李时珍在《本草纲目》中也对人参极为推崇，认为它能“治男妇一切虚症”。大量的食用人参可能会导致发热，烦躁和体温升高；明代医学家李时珍指出：“蜂蜜入药之功有五：清热也；补中也；润燥也；解毒也；止痛也，所以把蜂蜜和人参融合在一起能能解决热气等问题。

功效：-

保存方法：保持在阴凉干燥的地方。
食用方法：早晚各一次，成人：2汤匙； 小孩：1汤匙。
请勿使用金属器具或热水，以免破坏蜂产品之天然活性成分。
* 蜂产品可能引起敏感。蜂产品不须放在冷藏。蜂蜜浓度会随温度有变，色泽由浅渐变深，实属正常。1岁以内婴儿不建议饮用蜂蜜，因其肠胃道发育不完全。
