　　巢蜜与食醋是很好搭档，两者结合后食用具用止咳化痰的重要功效，另个还可以去除人面部上的痘痘，而且把蜂巢泡在醋中之后，它的保质期还会延长许多。巢蜜泡醋的方法简单，可以直接把整个的蜂巢泡入醋中，然后每天取一点在口中嚼服，然后吐渣就可以了。如果不想嚼服，也可以把巢中的蜜汁挤出，然后按一比一的比例与醋调匀后食用。

It consists of a series of hexagonal cells constructed from beeswax which generally contain raw honey.

Raw honey differs from commercial honey because its not pasteurized or filtered.
