三色糙米是由黑米、红米、糙米三种米组成，它们的外壳并没有被加工处理掉，而是保留下来了，这样就能够保证糙米的营养价值更高。属于一种全谷粒的粗粮纤维，可以用来做纯的糙米饭，吃起来口感比较粗，质地也比较紧密。

红米，热量比大米低，并抗氧化，保留米糠和胚芽，富含高纤维，带有清香；
糙米，富含维生素，比大米更多纤维素，外面有一层麸皮，可以锁住里面更多的营养；
黑米，所谓逢黑必补，软糯滋补，有长寿米，补血米之称。
三者合起来，就是现在最流行的三色糙米，总结起来就是高营养，多纤维，多维生素，低热量，容易饱腹，却不长肉
