产品介绍：
黑米具有滋阴补肾，健脾暖肝、明目活血等疗效。黑米的颜色之所以与其他米不同，主要是因为它外部的皮层中含有花青素类色素，这种色素本身具有很强的抗衰老作用。
黑米由于黑米中含膳食纤维较多，淀粉消化速度比较慢，血糖指数仅有55（白米饭为87），因此，吃黑米不会像吃白米那样造成血糖的剧烈波动。
Product introduction：
Black rice has the effects of nourishing yin and kidney, strengthening the spleen, warming the liver, and promoting blood circulation. The reason why black rice is different from other rice is mainly because its outer cortex contains anthocyanins, which have a strong anti-aging effect.
Because black rice contains more dietary fiber, the digestion speed of starch is slow, and the glycemic index is only 55 (white rice is 87). Therefore, eating black rice will not cause the blood sugar to fluctuate violently as white rice.
