Tau Sar Pneah is also popularly known as ‘Tambun Biscuits’ for which Penang is famous for. Biscuits are spherical, slightly crisp and flaky on the outside. The generous biscuit filling is specially made with mungbean and shallots, which are fried till aromatic and tender.

Cheong Kim Chuan is a certified HALAL and MeSTI manufacturer in Penang, Malaysia. The production facilities are built to meet the GMP and HACCP requirements. Our stock is freshly from the factory.

槟城闻名的豆沙饼也被俗称为“ 淡汶饼”。鍾金泉淡汶饼呈乒乓球形，多层次的饼皮外酥内软，口感特别丰富。淡汶饼的內馅则由绿豆、小葱等特别制作而成。小葱经过油炸至金黄色之后散发出来的香气，使淡汶饼更加的美味可口。淡汶饼经过高温烘烤待冷却之后，被包装在食品级的包装袋里，即安全卫生同时也保持了食品的新鲜度。

鍾金泉位于槟城的工厂，是拥有GMP和HACCP管理认证的食品企业，以确保食品的安全、卫生及品质。同时也获得了HALAL和MeSTI的认证。
