A : Both also can. No Problem, as long as the appliance power usage is 2500W or lower.

A: For Malaysia home power supply of 250V, there is no significant difference for either 13A or 10A adapter, as long as such 10A adapter is high quality product, there is no safety concerns at all to use this 10A adapter for appliance of up to 2500W.
