1. After receiving keyboards from our suppliers, we made sure to verify them thoroughly to make sure that all LEDs and Hot Swap sockets functioned as they should.

2. We test each of our fully assembled or barebones keyboards to ensure that it performs as intended before shipping.

3. We suggest the purchaser to visually inspect the keyboard upon receipt for any possible shipping defects. If anything is observed, take photos and videos to share with us.

4. Before opening the case for additional adjustments, we would suggest the customer to test each socket.

5. Please note that we do not repair or issue refunds for man-inflicted damages caused

6. If you had any issues, get in touch with us using chats.

7. Finally, take note that if complaints or problems are brought up more than a week after receiving the merchandise, there will be no consideration for refunds or returns. Any additional repairs will incur fees.

8. Feel Free to PM us for the driver and manual.

9. Do not charge your keyboard with third party wallplug as it might damage the keyboard pcb due to high voltage. We do recommend using the provided cable and charge via your laptop.
