Manufacturing Defect Warranty Distribute under ITTSS POWER batteries - 6 months for 12v backup usage or 1month for 6v and any cycle usage .Manufacturing Defect Warranty For non ITTSS POWER batteries -14days .Batteries-Warranty only cover zero voltage, cant re-charge within warranty period. Non Batteries- Warranty cover on any manufacturing defect. All customers with our digital receipt as proof of purchase are eligible for warranty claim. Please keep the contact in the shopping platform or like our fan page for warranty service .The item purchase only able get warranty from us. Our platform customer services shall feed back within our office hours at best effort basis on the same day or next day. All warranty is base on average usage refund policy, NO ONE TO ONE WARRANTY even it still in warranty period. Customer have to sent back item at your own cost.
