Smart Wood Stain:
Interior & Exterior Weather Resistant Wood Varnish
• Excellent weather resistant
• Protects wood surface against rot and mould growth
• Highlights natural beauty of wood grain
• Excellent abrasion resistance
• Tough and durable finish
• Prevent water penetration

Smart Woodstain is a specially formulated Urethane Alkyd base high gloss enamel finish for protection of wooden surface. It has good water resistance, UV protection, anti fungus proper- ties. It is fast drying and easily recoatable.

Surface Preparation

New Wood
Surface generally must be clean, dry and free from oil, dirt, wax, grease or other contaminants. Recommend to test color on wood before decide the shade as final color shade depends on the type of wood applied. If gum is presence on surface, it must be clean by lacquer thinner. For recoating, the surface must be rub and clean.

Previously Painted Wood
Previously painted surface should be thoroughly rubbed down using suitable sandpaper and then dusted off.

Application Data
Finishing: Gloss finish
Colour: Refer to color card.
Theoritical Coverage: 10 - 12 m2 /Litre (actual coverage dependent on substrate condition.)
Touch dry: 30 minutes.
Hard dry: 3-4 hour.
*Dependent on temperature and humidity.
Recoating Interval: 3 to 4 hours.

Direction For Use
Brush: The paint is ready for use after thorough stirring. Dilute the paint with 5%-10% of General Purpose Thinner, if necessary.
Conventional Air Spray: Dilute the paint with 5%-10% of General Purpose Thinner, if necessary.
Clean up equipment with thinner immediately after use.
