Product details of PENTENS FLESEAL T-200 UV Resistant Elastomeric Waterproofing Coating 5KG

PENTENS FLESEAL T-200 is based on a newly developed acrylic polymers and it is dramatically reduces solar heat absorption in either air-conditioned or non-air conditioned buildings. It takes the majority of the heat load off a building's skin and reduces temperatures to approximately that of outside shade.

User friendly, suitable use on any surface.
Adheres well over, galvanized and metal roofs, wood, asphalt or aluminium coatings, polysty- rene foam insulation, polyester plastic panels, precast flat concrete and barrel cement tiles and many roofing materials.
Prevention of ravages of acid rain, freeze-thaw, cycles, sunlight, bacteria and fungus.

Application
PENTENS FLESEAL T-200 is suggested to apply 2 coats. Apply the frst coat of PENTENS FLESEAL T-200 on the application surface. Leave to cure for approximately 2 hours before applying second coat. PENTENS FLESEAL T-200 can be installed with conventional airless spray equipment, brush or roller.
Coverage: On concrete roofs - 1kg/m2/2 layer, On facade/vertical - 1kg/m2/2 layer
Coverage (1.5kg) = ~16sqf

For safety reason, we are limiting the purchase of only two quantity to minimize the risk of being damaged during transport.
