PENTENS T-200
PENTENS re-roof system has been designed to provide a green, toughness and long term durability with the waterproofing of existing roof, PENTES Fleseal T-200 UV resistant elastomeric waterproofing coating is an ideal choice of waterproofing coating for re-roof system. With the fast set nature, this system can help to sae time with the ability to return substrate to service in minutes.

~Has a high rate of water vapor transmission which permits moisture in the substrate to escape without causing blistering, ~peeling, or flaking.
~Prevention of ravages of acid rain, free-thaw, cycles, sunlight, bacteria and fungus.
~Non-toxic
~On concrete roofs : 1kg/m square,2 coats
~On facade/vertical : 1kg/m square,2 coats

Application
Substrate should be primed with a 1:3 mixture of PENTENS T-007 and water. Brush on at the approximate rate of 0.3 kg/m². On areas exposed hot drying winds, 2 to 3 thin coats of paint may be more successful than 1 thick coat.
PENTENS T-200 is suggested to apply at least 2 coats. The first coat should be applied in one direction only. If possible the second coat should be applied at right angles to the first. (Called cross application method)
Leave to cure for approximately 8 hours before applying second coat. PENTENS T-200 can be installed with conventional airless spray equipment, brush or roller.

NIPPON FLEX 200
Nippon FLEX 200 is a single component, elastomeric, breathable, acrylic copolymer liquid apply waterproofing coating. It resists ageing from heat, UV, sunlight, rain, wind or frost and ozone. Able to resists water yet allows water vapour to escape through it and thus, preventing blistering issue. A basic waterproofing coating for old and new construction.
