ESD Smock & ESD Jacket Washing Instructions
1) Wash the garment by hand in cold or warm water.
2) Only use non-ionic liquid detergents when laundering.
Non-Ionic detergents have a neutral pH (they are neither acidic nor alkaline) and produce electrically neutral particles when added to water." Do not bleach your ESD smocks. "
3) Recommended to hang dry when possible. Avoid ironing if you can, as the heat may hurt the ESD-safe properties of your garments. This is another reason why it is best to hang dry, as you will have to iron your garments less.
