2. Every product we will be check and ensure all items are in NEW & GOOD CONDITION.
3. All warranty claims MUST be submitted complete with the required information fields the RETURN FORM to provide the best possible reparation and/or replacement service to our customers.
4. MIKURO MALAYSIA shall not be responsible for loss or damage to the goods which may be caused during transportation.
5. MIKURO MALAYSIA reserves the right to reject any warranty claim from any party that fails to provide any of the compulsory information specified.
6. Customers need to submit the request within 7 days from the date of receiving, (based on tracking system) .
7. The item must be in an “AS NEW” condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging with the accessories. (Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.)

The warranty is INVALID if:
1. Defects and damages are due to misuse, fault of negligence or usage other than the normal and customary manner
2. Serial number and/or security seal are removed or tempered with.
3. The product is modified, disassembled, tempered or attempted repair by any person.
4. Return cost must be bear by customer**, re-delivery cost will bear by us.
