Warranty will be voided if the product is damaged physically. Please notify us if the product is defective before proceeding in sending the defective product to us. Warranty claim usually takes about 2 weeks to 1 months on the date the product is received.

Warranty Procedures:-
Step 1: Customer should notify us through Chat if the product stop working and it is still under the warranty period. Our customer service will guide customer to help verify that the product sold by Ang Electronics Sdn Bhd.
Step 2: Customer should proceed to pack and send it to us and provide us the tracking number of the parcel to us. Customer will need to bare the cost of shipping the product back to us as it is stated in .
Step 3: Upon receiving, we need about 2 to 4 weeks to check the product by our After-Sales service team and we will notify customer on the updates.
Step 4: Confirmation for exchange or repair will be given and we will post the new or repaired product back to the customer. This shipping cost will be bared by Ang Electronics Sdn Bhd.

Tidak ada refund atau return atau pertukaran spare part kecuali terdapat kerosakan pada produk. Pastikan anda membeli spare part yang betul dan pastikan tidak ada spare part lain yang rosak pada mesin sebelum menukar dengan baru.
There is no refund or return or exchange for spare parts unless there is faulty in the product. Do make sure you purchase the correct spare parts and make sure there aren't any other spare part faulty in the machine before changing to a new one.
