酸奶的功效

2、晚上。晚上喝酸奶的好处更多,能有非常不错的补钙效果。晚间 12 点 至凌晨是人体血钙含量最低的时候,有利于食物中钙的吸收。这个时间段,人体内影响钙吸收的因素也比较少,而酸奶中含有乳酸和钙的结合,更能促进钙吸收。所以,可以的话,不妨睡前喝一杯酸奶,但要注意口腔清洁。

3、饭后30分~2小时。这个时间段喝酸奶的效果也非常好。饭后两个小时左右,人的胃液会被稀释,ph值会上升到3~5,这样更有利于肠道对酸奶中有效物质的吸收。
