ADJUSTABLE TEMPERATURE & TIMER This Electric Food Dehydrator is equipped with a control panel that allows you to set a timer and adjust the temperature with a simple touch of a button. You can set it between 40-80°C, and timer setting up to 12 hours – depending on your food dehydration requirements. The temperature range is low enough to preserve active enzymes in fruits or vegetables and is also high enough for perfect jerky. It guarantees you accuracy and efficiency in drying various foods.

HORIZONTAL AIRFLOW & SMART SHUTOFF The horizontal airflow of this dehydrator causes a consistent circulation of heat within the interior of the system, this enables a uniform drying of the food unlike the vertical types that cause the lower trays to heat faster than the upper ones. In addition, there’s less likely to mix flavors during dehydrating. Auto shut off kicks in right when the timer ends.
